What are the benefits of an Online Library Catalogue?
There are a wide range of benefits for having an online catalogue of your local library system. You can request books, check due dates and find new arrivals into our cataloguing system. Updated daily, our online database is very user-friendly and makes searching for books, CDs, DVDs and everything else we have to offer very easy and efficient.
What is the Login Feature?
The Login Feature on our Cataloguing system lets patron's access their library account and information, allowing them to check for overdue books, reserved items and other account information.
After pressing "Log In" type the last 5 digits of your card number and you will be able to view your library account information.
What does the Searching Feature offer?
Searching with Clearview Public Library's online catalogue couldn't be easier. Working as a basic search engine, patron's can use a variety of methods to search for and request a variety of material from all 3 branches to be delivered to their nearest branch.
Items can be searched for using general keywords, title, author, subject, or video title. Clicking on the title from the listings of search results will show you the status of the item; which branch it is housed in, if it is available and a button to allow you to request the item when it becomes available.
